Linda Logan, Ph.D. - Terraphase Engineering
As a Senior Associate with Terraphase Engineering, Linda focuses on ecological risk assessment, contaminated site remediation, and stormwater quality. She has supported clients in the public and private sectors throughout the United States and internationally (Canada, Australia, Hong Kong). She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, in the biogeochemistry and health effects of arsenic, and a master’s degree from the University of London in Environmental Technology. She is an active member of the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC) PFAS Team where she co-leads a writing subgroup on drafting guidance for states to develop surface water quality criteria for PFAS.
Linda has been a member of SETAC for over 20 years, first joining the Ozark Prairie Chapter while working in the Toxicology Department at the University at Memphis. From there, she joined the Pacific Northwest Chapter while working for Parametrix, Inc. in Seattle, WA. She joined the Hudson Delaware Chapter after moving to the Philadelphia area approximately 10 years ago and recently served on the Board of Directors. In her role as Past President, Linda will strive to promote SETAC’s mission of providing a forum for dialogue between academics, regulators, and the regulated community. To reciprocate the encouragement and support she received during her academic training, Linda is particularly interested in providing networking opportunities and support for students in the Hudson-Delaware community.
