  • Registration for attendees who consider themselves part of the Chesapeake-Potomac Regional Chapter.
  • Registration fee increase during the final days before the meeting.
  • Registration for current Student or recent graduate (within the past 12 months) who consider themselves part of the Chesapeake-Potomac Regional Chapter of SETAC.
  • Registration for attendees who consider themselves part of the Hudson-Delaware Regional Chapter.

The Chesapeake-Potomac and Hudson-Delaware Regional Chapters of  SETAC are excited to join together to present a 2022 Spring Meeting.  Together with the FMC Stine Research Center we hope to provide topics of great interest to SETAC members.

This Spring meeting will be held (in person*) on April 11th-12th at the FMC Stine Research Center in Newark, Delaware.  If you are unable to attend in-person due to your organization's travel policy please contact cpr.setac@gmail.com about virtual meeting options. 

A Few Key Points:

- Please watch the Stine Visitor Safety presentation before arriving on site!  There is a link in the Parking and Directions section.

- Please plan to arrive early!  You will need time to get through security, park, and get inside the building.  You will be entering the Research Center along with FMC employees also so please be patient. Consider carpooling if possible. 

- Don't Forget your ID!  You must have valid ID to enter the site.

 - Wifi Passwords will be provided at registration

 - Students must be active CPRC or HDC members if they plan on competing in the poster or platform competition.  Don't forget to pay your annual dues.

Things to Know - Meeting Home

Registration has closed. There will be no late registration and no on-site registration during the conference for security reasons.  We encourage you to JOIN as a member to either CPRC or HDC SETAC but chapter membership is not a requirement for attending the meeting.

You will need to bring photo ID to obtain a visitor pass from the security guard at the gate to enter the site and will be required to review safety information prior to your arrival. More information on FMC Stine Research Center safety guidelines will be provided at a later date.

COVID restrictions: FMC follows the requirements of the State of Delaware. At the time of writing, there are no requirements for FMC visitors to prove vaccination status or wear masks. This may be subject to changes ahead of the meeting if there are updates to the guidance provided by the State of Delaware.

This is an in-person event with online attendance available on a case-by-case basis. For example, for those whose employers are still restricting travel or students whose class schedule prevents in-person attendance. After two years of virtual meetings, we are excited to finally get back to an in-person conference and we look forward to seeing you there!
